This coming Friday and Saturday, we're entered in another BBQ Cook-off. We were asked to cook this one for a local company. Pretty cool!

BBQ Cook-off
This past weekend went by so fast! It was a lot of fun, but also a lot of work. We were entered in all the categories, but only placed in one. We took first place with our brisket.
